Wholesale Grafted Trees Request
We produce wholesale requests on order, and don’t wholesale trees we have in existing inventory.
A grafting request is an order for us to produce the specific tree that we don't currently have available in stock.
Once they have undergone their second flush of growth trees are considered ready. Expect some variance in size .
Wholesale Grafted Trees Conditions
Minium Order
which can be broken up into different varieties within reason.
100 trees, We require a minimum order of Minimum to 10 trees per variety.
CPU
Customer Pickup, the Customer comes in and picks up the order using their own equipment.
Customer agrees to take care of any obligations with respect to the payments, handling and fees for phytosanitary certification associated with this order. Fee shall be determined before inspection.
Trees size
You will be received one gallon pot trees. Once they have undergone their second flush of growth from the point of grafting.
Expect some variance in size .
If for any reason we aren’t able to produce some number of the order, a refund will be issued prorated by the individual number of trees.
CPU Deadline
Once the trees are ready, you will have 2 months to pick them up. Failure to take delivery of the trees may result in the trees being sold to another vendor or possibly incur a re-potting fee. No Exceptions
We have limited space in our nursery so cannot hold onto wholesale orders for very long periods of time.
Timeline
We need 6 to 8 months to produce your trees. We would estimate that the trees should be ready around Spring/Summer if we graft them in Fall time. If we graft the tree in late spring we estimate that the trees should be ready by the end of the year.
Orders may be considered ready when 85% or more of the trees have had a second flush of growth from the point of grafting.
Payments
All wholesale orders require a 50% deposit up front before the grafting is started, and the remaining balance is to be paid when the trees are ready (as 1 gallon trees).
The remaining balance will be owed once the trees are ready to leave the nursery. All payment must either be made in cash or by check made payable to Tropical Acres Farms Inc.

Only Once the small tree has completed two flushes of growth since it was grafted do we consider it ready to leave our nursery.
