Late Summer & Fall Grafted Trees should be ready the following Spring. Deadline is October 01
A Pre-Order Grafting Request is an order for us to produce the specific tree that we don't currently have available in stock. We must graft the tree and then it must go through a multi-month process to heal and grow. Only Once the small tree has completed two flushes of growth since it was grafted do we consider it ready to leave our nursery.

Seacrest was an Edward seedling from the breeding program of Gary Zill in Boynton Beach, FL (planting # 40-36), with 'Gary' as its likely pollen parent. It was named after Seacrest Blvd, a road running between the communities of Lantana and Delray Beach. The Zill nursery now propagates it under the name 'Triplesec', a reference to its citrus-like flavor. The seed is monoembryonic.
The fruit are medium sized, yellow at maturity and have an ovate shape with fiberless flesh of rich and sweet flavor with some Gary-type citrus notes and spice character. It has a very good shelf life and doesn't go overripe as quickly as most mangos. We are excited about this mango's potential and have planted several of them for evaluation purposes.
The trees are very vigorous growers with spreading, dense canopy. They are anthracnose resistant but the flowers are very prone to powdery mildew. When they are young, Seacrest trees tend to producer a lot of male flowers which can severely limit fruit set. As they grow older they produce more female flowers though and fruit production becomes very good. Seacrest is also very resistant to mango bacterial black spot.
